•  Refund & Return

All items are carefully packed using bubble wrap and paper filler to avoid shifting during shipping. However, in the unlikely event that an item is damaged in shipment, please contact me immediately.  Returns must be received within 2 weeks in the original packaging, and packing slip for a refund or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us first so we can expect your return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If you are not happy, then I am not happy, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately. I will refund your money, less shipping costs, when the item is received by me in it’s original condition. Proof of insurance for the return and tracking information must be provided to me at the time of return. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed after 15 days.

Custom requests are not eligible for refund.
