•  Refund & Return Policy

All items are carefully packed using bubble wrap and paper filler to avoid shifting during shipping. However, in the unlikely event that an item is damaged in shipment, please contact me immediately. It must be returned within 2 weeks in the original packaging for a refund or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you are not happy, then I am not happy, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately. I will refund your money, less shipping costs, when the item is received by me in it’s original condition. Proof of insurance for the return and tracking information must be provided to me at the time of return. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed after 30 days.

  • Payment Policy

We accept PayPal or Stripe which includes Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. You can pay with a credit card via PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account.

Payment is due at the time of purchase and before shipping.

Items will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority mail within 3 business days. Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours and often on the same day if the order is placed in the morning. I always do whatever it takes to get the best shipping rate. Some items will need to be painted at the time of the order. You will be notified of the anticipated ship date which should be within 3-5 days.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to request and pay for insurance against loss or damage and/or tracking so, please let me know if you would like to include and pay for insurance against loss or damage of your shipped merchandise.

Shipping costs have been calculated using cross country rates. Shipping to neighboring states is usually significantly less. Sometimes it is difficult to determine the exact shipping cost because of so many rules and options (method of shipping, size of box, weight, location) offered by the postal service, so I will refund to you any shipping overages above $1.00 less shipping and handling supply costs.

Shipment may be made to an address other than the Buyer’s if the address can be verified through the USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International orders will be shipped First Class International Airmail. Please contact me if you wish the item to be shipped outside of the United States. Charges for shipping will be calculated at that time. I prefer this method so that refunds will not be needed for postage overages. I will, however, reimburse amounts above $1.00 less shipping and handling supply costs. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees/taxes. Please make sure you understand your country’s import regulations before ordering. Customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. I cannot be responsible for damage caused by customs officials.

    I would LOVE to order a bunch of your products for Christmas but have just noticed you are an Florida based company!! I am located in Australia and was wondering how much possible postage (and taxes) would be for this order to see if it would be worth proceeding with the order, that is if you would consider posting out this way?
